I got this as a surprise gift for Hanukkah and I haven't stopped using it for two weeks. Breads, cheese balls, pretzel rolls, and cakes. I love how easy it is to use and it's much quieter than expected. My friends and family have had their KitchenAid mixers and various other products for 5-20 years, so even though the warranty is one year, I feel confident about the construction and long term usability of it. There's a reason you spend a little more up front for a product like this, and I would buy another for sure.
