I received this Stand Mixer from my son for Christmas and have used it to make several this. I love how it operates and makes little noise while running. I also got the food grinder attachment, and the flat beater that has the bowl scraper attachment I will be adding some of the other attachments real soon.

I haven't yet had the chance to use the meat grinder attachment, but we've used the whisk, paddle, and dough hook and everything we've made has been wonderful. I would skip the splash guard, though.

I grew up with my mom raving about a kitchen aid - she was able to cook and bake anything and everything by just throwing it all in there!! No needing to split wet and dry ingredients because it simply takes it all and mixes it so well. I now have my own and I feel the exact same way!! I would not get any other mixer. Kitchen aid all the way!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer is nice, but not as easy to use as I thought it would be. I have never had a stand mixer before, and sometimes it is frustrating getting the machine out of its own way. I am sure I will get used to it. My husband purchased the attachment for making sausage and pasta at home. The sausage-making attachments are kind of flimsy considering how much they cost. And, the one of the pasta attachments has jammed already.

I purchased my new kitchenaid mixer to replace my 25-year old kitchenaid mixer. This new Artisan 375-watt mixer is just what I needed. My husband had the pro600 mixer where the head did not tilt and was difficult for me to use. My new mixer is so easy and convenient for me to use since I have severe arthritis and other health issues. Just to let you know, my husband has ordered the spiralizer for me for Christmas. I am so excited to never be required to peel a butternut squash again! And the zucchini spirals will be a perfect addition to my diet requirements.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I haven't had the chance to use it much yet since I just got it for Mother's Day. My original kitchen aid that was just black I've been using for 16 years and it's still going strong. But I really wanted a color mixer and my husband and kids knew that. It's not proudly on display in my kitchen and I'm excited that it came with the plastic shield.
