[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I hesitated to purchase KitchenAid artesian mixer. Simply because of the counter space I didn’t have. Now I’m so happy I did.I love making bread my family loves My bread. Thank You KitchenAid you make my life easier.

I bought this for many many different reasons - making my own bread, making better cakes, even making my own butter! The bread and cake are execellent and I love using the mixer. I haven't been able to do butter yet and have many more plans. This will be a part of my daily life.

The Artisan has been on my wish list for a while so I am elated with my recent purchase. Not only does it look great sitting on my kitchen counter but it has quickly become my kitchen workhorse as well! Thus far I have made cake, bread and, with the help of the vegetable straining tool, some great hummus. This mixer has cut in half the time required for me to prepare my hummus, which I do make frequently. Future purchases on my wish list include the meat grinder, pasta maker, ice cream maker and food processor. Sure does cut down the number of necessary kitchen appliances! The Artisan is quickly becoming my one stop kitchen appliance.

Love my Kitchen Aid Artisan Mixer. I thought after using a handheld mixer for over 40 yrs. it would be difficult to use. Well it has been a breeze. I have only used the flat edge and the whip but they have been extremely easy. Love all the features. The plastic shield is a great feature. l am really looking forward to making bread with my dough hook. Wouldn't change a thing. Just wish I had this mixer many years ago.

I received this as a gift from my husband a month ago and I love it! Had someone told me that this mixer would make so much difference I would not have believed them until I used it myself. Everything mixes so much better and quicker, but the first thing I noticed was how much higher my egg whites whip up for the meringues on my pies.
