I have only had the chance to use my mixer for cookies so far, and the mixer has worked very well. I have only had to use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl after adding ingredients. It's what you expect with any mixer. If you READ the manual, and don't do stupid things with it it will live up to its standards! I will be willing to give it all five stars after I know it can knead bread well.
