[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a very old kitchen aid that was broken and not working well. My parents bought this as a gift to surprise me and I was so happy!!! It has now been almost a month and I am still loving this appliance.
My husband bought this for me for Mothers Day. I love to bake and he was tired of seeing me struggle with a little hand mixer. It is awesome. I take goodeies to the staff at the school where I sub teach and they love it so this will really be a lifesaver. I can get their favorite stuff made in so much less time. One of the best gifts ever.
I absolutely love my new red mixer. It does what I wanted it to do and more. This is my second kitchenaide mixer and stand . I got the other one for Christmas around 1976 or 77. I still have it and all the parts, grinder, food processor and all in harvest gold. Looking forward to making lots of holiday goodies with this new one. It was a present to myself.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Design
Cons: None so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have made bread a couple of times and it handled the needing process fine. The motor did get pretty warm but we were told to expect this. No problem.
Loved this product the 1st time I saw it, and even though it was more expensive than the competitors, I refused to settle for another brand. It's worth it. I'm a new baker, but the kitchen aid mixer "compels" you to experiment more. Now I'm creating new desserts every week! Only downfall is that is Extremely heavy. I would like to keep the kitchen free of clutter by storing nonessential items away, but the sheer weight of lifting the mixer demands its place on the counter top :(
