This is an easy mixer to use. I didn't even look at the instructions before using. I love the high bowl that does not allow anything to fling out of the bowl. It mixes professionally and I got great results with the batter I made.

I've been wanting one of these stand up mixers for a long time and finally decided to purchase one for myself to make french macarons. I've made a couple batches so far and LOVE having this tool on my counter top!
I wasn't planning on keeping it out but the stainless steel is too pretty to hide in a cupboard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my KitchenAid Tilt Head Stand Mixer about a month ago. I've used it several times and absolutely love it. I've always used a hand mixer....had no idea how convenient and easy the Artisan is to use.

I purchased this two weeks ago and have made 5 batches of candy. This candy usually takes two people to make but with this kitchenaid stationary bowl that also has a handle, I don't need the second person to help.
However it is very heavy.
