This machine makes my life so much easier in the kitchen. It not only simplifies many recipes, but it allows me to make many others on a regular basis that were previously too time consuming due to hand kneeding, etc. I love being able to make pizza dough and bread on the fly, which is what I most often use it for, but I also love the selection of accessories that will allow me to make other things like pasta. This is a great, easy-to-use, well designed product. I think it's a must-have for any chef-at-home!
