I purchased an Artisan mixer as a Christmas present to myself. It was giving me a few problems and Kathy K in customer service gave me all kinds of suggestions. I tried everything that she said and nothing worked. All of a sudden a new mixer was being sent to me! The replacement is flawless! I love the mixer and the company!!!!! PRAISE to Kitchen Aid. You have a lifetime customer!!!!!

I bake frequently and this product has made baking so easy!! It works very well. I love the white on white color scheme -- classy and will go in any kitchen. I have used a few attachments and the plastic guard to put on top is a great idea -- use when making icing so the powdered sugar doesn't fly everywhere!
