I don't know what took me so long to get it. Since purchasing my mixer I've speed up my baking time and have been able to make more than one thing in a night. Next I will be getting the pasta attachments

I've used my mixer everyday since my husband got it for me for my birthday in October. He just bought me several attachments that I cant wait to play with. It is a must have if you bake your own breads! I only wish I'd gotten the professional model so it was a bit bigger, but only because I use it a lot, and it was going non-stop during the holidays!

Cons: sometimes doesent stay planted on the counter.

I've wanted a Kitchen Aid Artisan mixer for years, and this Christmas, I finally received one! It's gorgeous -- looks amazing on my white counters, and works like a champ. I think I've used it nearly every day since Christmas. We make homemade pizza dough, cookies, whipped cream, and more. It's heavy duty but not clunky. And easy to wipe and clean. My mom is still using her Kitchen Aid mixer from the 1970's. It's a classic, and I'm thrilled to finally have one of my own -- now my daughters can enjoy helping me in the kitchen, as much as I did with my mom. I'd definitely recommend it!
