It's nice to make bread again. I ruined my last KitchenAid mixer by getting a spatula caught in the beaters. My only suggestion would be that the start speed be a bit lower so dry ingredients like flour are not thrown out in a dusty cloud until blended in the wet ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for myself, I always wanted one and was able tomake double batches of sweet breads and cookies for Christmas gifts. Less time to mix, cranked out 26 banana breads no problem...

Have much hemming and hawing due to price, I bit the bullet because I became obsessed with making the perfect cheesecake for Christmas dinner. I've never looked back and been only totally thrilled and completely impressed. Plus my final product brought rave reviews. Some weeks I don't use it at all, sometimes I use it a lot. Doesn't matter. It is there, reliable, impressive and just killer great. Get one. You will be really glad you did.
