I have been making bread and using the dough hook. Others have told me they did not use the dough hook but I find it does the job and is easy to clean. I especially like the "stir" feature/setting. I use it while prepping ingredients -- it does not create a mess and does a great job of mixing ingredients that you may not want to whip prior to adding remaining ingredients - such as eggs. I might add that I am a guy and a novice cook I found the enclosed booklets very helpful. " Great Machine" !!

My arms are as strong as they used to be so having the kitchenaid mixer does all the work for me! I have had my mixer now for almost 2 months, I wish I hadn't of waited so long to purchase one! I absolutely love it!

I bought the KitchenAid@Artisan Series Tilt Head Stand Mixer a month ago and am so happy I did! It is extremely easy to use. The mixer literally provides extra minutes in prep time because it mixes, folds, or whisks without assistance. The attachments are specific to particular tasks and really are efficient. The unit looks nice on the counter top and is easy to clean. Wish I would have invested in this product sooner!
