As soon as my 5 speed mixer was delivered, I washed the bowl and attachments right away. Wiped down the mixer and was ready to go. I've only had the opportunity to use it once for cookie batter, but using it plus the clean up was easy peasy. Couldn't be happier. Can't wait to try making bread. I didn't feel I could rate it 5 as I haven't used it enough to be the judge of that.

After years of using a hand mixer, I finally decided to purchase a kitchenaid stand mixer. I really cannot understand why I waited so long as I can't live without it now. It makes wonderful cookies and cakes in 1/4 the time as my old hand mixer did and everything turns out very smooth. I have also purchased other items to go with my mixer and have not been disappointed. I am looking forward to using some of the other recipes I have found.
