The pistachio green mixer is perfect in my kitchen. The mixer is relatively quiet and runs smoothly. I thought that it would be too heavy to move and store but that is not the case. The mixer is different that what I was used to in the fact that the beater is in the center and makes it slightly more difficult to add ingredients while mixer. However, I am getting used to that. I am not really fond of the guard to use in adding ingredients. The plastic guard seems cheap and does not want to stay in place. Overall, I really am pleased with this mixer. I probably would have bought the heavier duty one if the color that I wanted had been available.

Really nice appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for close to 30 years and loved it. But as I got older it was a bear to pick up to put on the counter so it was rehomed. Now I have the Artisan and absolutely love that I can pick it up easily. And like the part where the tilt head locks so I can move it safely. I really like this as much as I did my old trusted big one.
