Gift of my dreams!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a KitchenAid Stand Mixer and finally received one for Christmas. It was the gift of my dreams! I absolutely love its versatility and simplicity. Since Christmas, I’ve already made: carrot cake, icing, zucchini bread, sugar cookies, cheesecake, and pretzels. The pretzel dough was was very easy to make with the hook and paddle adjustments. My stand mixer has definitely made baking fun and easy rathe than a task. I love it!

I have been baking cakes and cupcakes for family members for months and felt I needed a larger updated and larger bowl to hold a larger amount of frosting. This worked for me. In fact I inherited the previous mixer from my MIL when she moved out of state 37 years ago - she got from a friend - so, it could be older.

It's exactly what I needed. Convenient, sturdy and doesn't take up a lot of space. Beautiful colors, it took me forever to decide! I use it mainly for baking: whipping creams, mixing batter and making dough. All three attachments are in use. Happy with the purchase.
