Wow what a difference when baking since I bought my kitchen aid mixer. I have used a sunbeam mixer all my life. Wish I would had a kitchenaid instead.

Very happy with my new KitchenAid mixer

On my sister's recommendation, I bought the Artisan 5 quart stand mixer rather than the less expensive mixer. I use it for making cookies and cakes, and my husband uses it for making bread. So far, it has been great!
