I absolutely love my new stand mixer. I use it for everything in the kitchen from making cake's,dough's to mixing meat together and mashing potatoe's. I was able to use my stand mixer to replace a lot of my other small appliances.

My wife has back problems, and this mixer helps her a lot when it comes to her baking. She no longer has to struggle holding a hand mixer to make cookies or anything else she decides to make!! I think she bakes more now that we have this mixer!! I bought this shortly before Christmas, and she made more goodies than I have seen in a long time!! She would get one batch of something made, then started on another while one was baking!! She had fun making goodie baskets for family and friends!! She loves to make homemade whipped cream, and it takes just a couple of minutes compared to her hand mixer, which takes quite awhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this mixer three times so far and each time we say the same thing "Why did we wait so long". KitchenAid has the market cornered for stand mixers. Power, ease of use, good looks and a build that will last for years. A product that is expensive, but worth the price. Do yourself a favor and just buy one, you can thank me later!

We bought the mixer a month ago and have used it a few times to make pizza dough and bread. We are still getting the hang of adding ingredients and how to mixture can and does wrap around the attachment. But everything has turned out excellent. We are excited to continue using it for new projects and ideas.
