I got this for a wedding gift from my grandma who has had one for as long as I can remember. She told me it will make cooking and baking so much easier and she was glad to pass on the tradition. It has been the best thing to have in our kitchen! I can make cakes, cookies, and breads without having to stir or knead by hand! This saves not only so much time but it saves me a lot of pain and gives me delicious results everytime! I would highly recommend this to anyone whether you are just starting your own kitchen or if you have gone without for 40 years, it will change your life!
