A dream purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted a red KitchenAid stand mixer. Always, as long as I could remember. I bought another cheaper mixer but it was not even close. For years I thought someday and then my husband surprised me. I had kept pointing out features and accessories and telling him, someday.
We both have had so much fun with this thing! I’ve been making dough and he ground up a steak. I’ve made sausage balls and dumpling filling and there are about 10,000 other things I want to do. The next purchase could be the chopper, or the spiralizer, or the ravioli maker... hard to say. I just know it brings me happiness each time I see it. It is the classic, the icon, the dream.

My holiday cookies better than ever, my thoughts lean toward the fact they were never mixed properly before. I am looking forward to finally making pierogi for my husband after 45 yrs of marriage! I bought this last month, and I LOVE it! The first thing I made was homemade tortillas - healthy, quick, and cheap. I have wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer for decades, but didn't want to spend the money. I finally figured out how much I will save by making my own bread, rolls, tortillas, pizza dough...SO worth it! I wish I'd bought this years ago.

I finally gave in an bought myself an early Christmas present. I wish I hadn't waited so long! It is easy to use and is always handy as the red Artisan model looks beautiful sitting on my counter. I can't wait to explore all of the features.
