I am so excited to finally own a Kitchenaid Artisan 5-Qt. Tilt--Head Stand Mixer! Years ago, I had purchased a cheap stand mixer and got rid of it after a few months. Since purchasing my Kitchenaid I have made Springerle cookies, which are made out of very stiff dough. In fact, I didn't know how stiff it really was untll I tried to stir it by hand. I couldn't even make a dent in it with a wooden spoon, but the Kitchenaid effortlessly mixed the ingredients. Traditional cookies doughs take only a few minutes using the Kitchenaid (it took a lot of time using a hand mixer.) Can't wait to use it to prepare bread dough .... the dough hook will keep my arthitic hands from aching. I wish I hadn't taken so long to purchase a Kitchenaid!

I bought this product a few months ago and I love it. It is so easy to use and does a great job. It looks wonderful on my kitchen counter. I got the red one and I have been trying to add color to my kitchen and this does the trick.
