I can remember dreaming of owning a KitchenAid mixer when I was a young mother. What a luxury. After purchasing my first KitchenAid at 62, I am kicking myself for not making the investment years ago. This machine is a time saver. It is simple to use (the instruction booklet is a very easy read too). This product is very sturdy. I believe it will last my lifetime. I have used the Artisan for Breads, ccokies, pastries, cakes, icings and whipped sauces. Cleaning the Artisan machine and attachments is easy. The beautiful design inspires motivation and creativity in my Kitchen. The Artisan is putting big smiles on the faces of my husband and grand children.
