I have used this a dozen times within the past week. I absolutely love it.
The only issue(and it's not a big one) is the screws on it are a bit loose when pulled out of the box. I did plenty of research on stand mixers before buying this, and the one issue I kept seeing was that the loose screws caused issues if not tightened...like things breaking off type issues.
Sure enough, when I put the Philips head screwdriver to it, they were very loose. I tightened them up and we'll see how long I have to go before they come loose again, or if they even come loose again. I assume they come loose just because of the vibration of the machine over time. Hopefully mine lasts as long as every other review I've read.

I bought this one (my second) a few weeks ago and love it! It's quiet, easy to use/clean. Love being hands free!!! My first one was way to large and heavy so "downsized" to this one and so glad I did; use it a lot more now, never take it off my counter and rarely use my hand mixer.
