[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an oatmeal cookie recipe that has coconut, rice krispies, and chocolate chips. It is so difficult to mix by hand that my husband actually broke my heaviest wooden spoon.
Well first thing I did to try out my new Kitchenaid mixer was to put all those ingredients into it and turn it on wow, it mixed it up like soft cake batter! I love my new mixer!!!
