When my over 30 year old mixer became history, I decided to buy the mixer I see on all the cooking shows. Recipes that were a bit of a chore are much easier to do in this serious mixer. I have only had it a month or so and made some recipes that previously were difficult in my less powerful mixer. It is easy to use, easy to clean.
It is heavy and I have not figured out just where I may keep it but for now it is inspiring me to make more recipes.

I purchased this unit about a month ago to replace a bigger mixer that required more room and really wasn't needed. This is a much easier size for me to use and, of course, weighs less to lift. I knew the product from my early years and wouldn't have anything less.
