As a Tax Lawyer I have learned that Its good to adapt to change. After years of reading about the benefits of full grain and fruit, I decided to began a baking program to accomplish that dietary change. Surprisingly made easy with the KitchenAid Artisan 5-Quart Mixer. Really, the labor of making breads, cakes and cookies is in the physical effort to combine and aerate. I am soon on to Pasta. I used to think I could only get this kind of quality meals at a five star restaurant. Smartest purchase this year. I feel so much better about having control of the exact ingredients in my food. .

I bought my mixer a couple months ago because I wanted to start making my own bread. I love it! I have made numerous loaves of bread and lots of rolls for our family. It is excellent for mixing and kneading the dough, and saves me time and energy, as well.
