If you are a baker of any level-this is an investment worth making!! It is so simple to use and makes the baking process much more clean and stream lined. I think the flour splash shield is a bit of a joke, but otherwise it's perfect. Every speed helps blend different items so it's a great tool. I love it and can't wait to use for for many years to come.
