My son bought this for my bday xmas gift, and I’ve been using it ever since. The quality of my bakes have increased tenfold. Converted to Kitchenaid for life!

I love this mixer now that I have resolved an initial problem. The first time I used it my mashed potatoes were gray!!! No way I could serve them for dinner. I researched online and found that the stainless steel mixing bowls often have this problem with some kind of residue left in the bowl. So I washed it. And scrubbed it. And put it in the dishwasher. and scrubbed some more. Finally after about a zillion washes it came clean, and the mixer works great.

I am 65 years old and ever since I was married I always wanted a Kitchenaid Mixer. Well I finally bought one, even though my family is grown I still love to cook and I still find many opportunities to use it. I just Love my new mixer I only wish I would have got one years ago. I was so excited about getting one that I didn't want my daughter and daughter in law to have to wait until they were 65 to get one so I purchased one for each of them also. I can not wait to give it to them when I see them at EASTER.

Purchased a few weeks ago,
I initially had some issue with the bowl that came with the mixer (The threading was not stamped quite right so it would not lock into the base plate properly) but customer support was more than happy to replace it for me.
I've already made multiple recipes using this mixer; Breads, cookies, etc... It has worked great thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I've used a hand held Kitchen Aid mixer and finally made the upgrade to a standing mixer. With a big price tag I was a bit apprehensive (I can be frugal), but it was completely worth it and I have no regrets! Never has baking been so easy. Thank you Kitchen Aid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got for a Christmas gift. Was a great surprise. Haven’t got to use it to much yet. So far only used to make pie meringue but couldn’t believe how fast and stiff it whipped up.
