This is the second Kitchenaid stand mixer I have owned in my lifetime. The reason I gave the first one to my church kitchen was because I was retiring and downsizing. Now, in a small apartment in a retirement community, I still find baking to be the best relaxation method...for ME. Not to mention grandchildren who ALWAYS want something sweet for EVERY occasion!!! Even sweets for the church!!!! KITCHENAID is THE BEST investment in a stand mixer...and I LOVE it even more because I have it in RED...my favorite color!!! Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't know why I waited so long to get this beauty! I'm just learning how to use this product. Of course I'm allowing myself room for error. I have noticed that with or without the added scraper paddle, I'm still not getting recipes entirely mixed. In my defense,again, I'm new to using the machine. Maybe I need to heed thje warning to have cream cheese completely at room temp.
