I have always wanted a kitchen aid to "collect" as a kitchen item for my future home. I love cooking and I love eating. I believe food shared with those you love is the best thing in this world. The kitchen aid allows for fun recipes with the kids and with friends. I just got the meat grinder attachment and noodle attachment and I love this idea of investing into the kitchen aid to make a "full" kitchen. I unfortunately still live in an apartment as a dental student so I have limited time in my schedule and limited space. I don't have time to take out the kitchen aide and cook with it as much as I want to because it is so heavy and large; I usually store it in the closet (I took away one star). But I'm still working on collecting the ice cream maker and the other pieces. I think it is a must have for the future which is why I started to invest in it early on. I'm looking forward to using it during a relaxing weekend home soon! I used it a couple of times since I bought it to me profiteroles and they came out perfectly.
I recommend this for anyone who is building their kitchen appliances because it is just a must have!

The KitchenAid stand mixer is an excellent product. I have used hand mixers all of my life and even though they have their place in the kitchen, baking is much easier and faster with the stand mixer. The KitchenAid stand mixer is a great value and quality product. I waited too long to get one.

I did by the artisan series 5 quard tilt head stand mixer right before christmas. I love it. I made one dozen apple pies. The pie crust that I made with the mixer was easy and I enjoyed it so much. I am looking into recipes that can help me make fabulous cakes, other pies, and I also want to purchase the ice cream maker that can be attached. I have never made home made ice cream.. I can't wait! Thank you for allowing me to write a review for the statnd mixer. Love it.
