Received my Kitchenaid Stand mixer for Christmas from the most wonderful man in the world. I've made ice cream with the ice cream maker attachment that was the best I've ever had. Easy to operate, quiet but solid performance.

I bought this because I had one before and used it so much that I wore it out. the wire whip is not the quality it used to be. you cannot put it in the dishwasher, the old one is stainless steel. The pour guide is very flimsy. Otherwise it is up to par.

Why??? Why did I wait so long to get my KitchenAid? After babying my old stand mixer, I forgot how fun baking could be. Don't let that mixer that can't hold it's beaters anymore get in the way of making homemade cookies & cakes for loved ones. I now look forward to cooking on the weekends. Creating, has never been so fun!!!!
