So much easier than handheld mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled to have my hands free to do other things in the kitchen as my KitchenAid is mixing away! It's been nice to be more efficient and give my hands a break- just so much easier! My only recommendation is that the basic parts came with the beater that better scrapes the edges- in my opinion, it should not be an add-on.

This mixer was a gift from my boyfriend. I am an avid baker and have always wanted a Kitchen Aid. It was the most thoughtful gift ever, and the first thing I made for him was a blueberry cream cheese pound cake. He's a happy guy.

I have been using my old mixer for over 30 years and my husband hated it because it was so noisy and suggested I purchas a new one even though my old one still worked.
