I love my red Kitchen aid mixer! My last one was purchased in 1990. The motor is so much more powerful now and I love the bowl cover to add flour while mixing.

I got this for Christmas from my mother in law. It's been on my Christmas wish list for many many years. I love making home made bread and doing that by hand is hard! Since I've had this machine I use it practically every day! From bread to shredding chicken yes you read that right! Who knew! I mash my potatoes in this bad boy, banana bread just everything you can imagine you can use this for! I don't know what I'd do without it! I can't wait to buy the pasta attachment and other things! The splash guard/liquid added thing is very nice to have I just wish it would stay on a little tighter but other than that this machine is amazing and definitely earns its keep around here!

I have had this mixer now for 2 years. It still works but sometimes has some clicking sounds and the paddle attachment is chipping the white coating off. I will need to get a new one soon and that’s frustrating. Overall, it works well.

This was a gift to myself from myself. I waited until my wedding-gift mixer from 1975 died. It's an incredible kitchen tool. While I haven't begun to learn all the features, I have made more cookies this year than in any previous year because everything goes so much faster! I do a tremendous amount of large-scale cooking and can use the mixer to shred chicken, beef and pork in no time. This is nice. Very nice.

This has been, by far, one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. I use it all the time, for cookies, breads, brownies, cakes, you name it. My only complaint is the cover with the spout, and it's such a minimal issue. It's just a little awkward trying to get dry ingredients to go down the opening, that I usually end up with flour bits everywhere, but that's to be expected when working with baked goods. I love the color, I love the possibilities with the attachments (pasta maker, etc), I love the size of the bowl, the different mixing attachments. There is literally nothing I dislike about the machine. It stays out on my counter because I use it once or twice a week. I have for sure gotten my money's worth out of it, and I've barely had it a month. Not to mention, it comes in my favorite color. Would highly, highly recommend to anyone that loves to bake.
