I grew up using my mom's kitchenaid stand mixer and as I moved into my own place, other tools just weren't cutting it. Hand mixing pizza dough and using a hand mixer to cream butter and sugar were too messy and took longer. The stand mixer does EVERYTHING and looks fantastic on the counter.
