[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3 Kitchenaid mixer in 20 years. I got this because I have worn my last two out! I bake a lot and with this one I don’t even want to!! It throws the contents everywhere out of the bowl and the speeds go from fast to faster. No slow. Im just very dissatisfied. What happened to this mixer? I waited too long to exchange it at the store and im stiucl with this mixer. So I’m not baking like I love because of the horrible mess made when I do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a KitchenAide Artisan for my wife. The first few times she used it it worked great. Then it began slowing down until
It stopped. I cleaned the magnetic brushes and it worked for a very short while. It quit working halfway through her last batch of cookies. I called help lane twice. After waiting on hold for more than hour I got cut off before I could explain what was wrong. Called again waited 43 minutes and operator said she couldn’t hear me. Call me very disappointed!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
