This awesome little machine is the highlight of my kitchen and by far the best thing I got off of our wedding registry. Ive been cooking for years but this makes it so much easier and gives me so many more options. It's so easy to use (and clean!!!) and has helped me make some of the best pastries I've ever baked. I'll be getting great use of it for years to come, it's definitely an absolute staple.
