I enjoy making home made yeast bread and had made it often. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it was becoming increasingly difficult to knead the dough so I was making it less often. My sister had recently purchased an Artisan KitchenAid stand mixer and shared that one of it's functions was kneading dough. I knew I had to have one so I purchased one. This wonderful machine enables me to once again enjoy making my home made bread and much more. That which was a challenge is now easy. Yes, really easy. I can hardly wait to acquire it's many attachments,( especially the pasta cutter and roller), to provide my family with even more great home made culinary decadents. It is truly a must have for any kitchen and I sincerely thank KitchenAid for this fantastic machine that I know will give me many more years of doing something I so enjoy, providing tasty dishes for the family I love.
