I bought one for my mother who is an excellent baker. While visiting her I used an fell in love with it. I'm a mediocre baker however everything that I've baked since I purchased this has been awesome...having it I feel more confident and willing to try more complex things!!! I love it and it makes baking so much easier!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am delighted to own my new Kitchen Aide, something I have dreamed of for many years. The only thing I can say so far is that I am disappointed in the splash guard. It doesn't clamp onto the bowl very well.

I could list the amazing amount of tasks this mixer can or could be used for, but I wont, because that is already fairly obvious. What I can't believe is that this thing never gets tired, and it never stops. When I make pizza dough by hand, I usually give up and think, 'gee, that's good enough', but boy was I wrong. KitchenAid has no problem kneading that dough until it is silky smooth, much better than I ever could have managed. And yes, it comes out perfect every time. Get a KitchenAid, make the things you love better, and while your at it, get an Ice Cream adapter.
