Pros: easy to use, Performance
Cons: expensive if you don't bake that often

My husband asked what I wanted for my birthday and I said a Kitchen Aid Mixer. I have wanted one for a long time. It is a work horse. With the attachments available for purchase you can totally eliminate many other small counter appliances. I love it. Just wish I had asked for it years ago.
