I received this as a gift. I love the product. It is noisier than I expected, but not louder than an electric mixer. The pouring shield is a neat idea, however it doesn't 'snap' onto the mixing bowl. I have to hold it in place because if I tap the shield accidentally it shifts and I've made a mess.
I've only used the product for baking. My friends and family are enjoying the kitchenaid as well because if all of the goodies. The kitchenaid makes baking a breeze. Clean up is easy and the tools are great quality. What can I make today?

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is increadinbly easy to use...I've never had a stand mixer before. I use it to make coockies and cakes. I'm also really exciyed to buy and try out the slicing attachements!! I love how they are sold in small sets so you only need to buy the set you need rather then having a bunch of things you don't want.
