Why did I wait so long to get one of these!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my stand mixer for almost a month and WOW does it make life easier (well cooking at least). So far I’ve processed over 50 lbs of tomatoes into sauce (takes a fraction of the time it used to take and has Much less waste). And I find myself baking so much more now that it so much simpler - just put ingredients in and turn it one - mixed up in no time. So far today I’ve made pumpkin whoopie pies ( about 30+), buttercream frosting, and banana bread all within 2 hours!! I love this mixer and I wish I had gotten one sooner. Just bought the meat grinder and the chopper/slicer - can’t wait to try them out!!

I received my Kitchen-Aid as a wedding present, and couldn't wait to use it. I have never been much of a baker, bus since receiving the Kitchen-Aid I have made cookies multiple times, bread, pretzels, and can't wait to continue baking! I also received the shredding tool, which I used to make coleslaw in about 10 minutes. It had a small learning curve, but once I put the cabbage in the right way, it was easy to use.

Only problem I have found is the lock won't stay locked and it bounces. So, I have to hold the lock bar/knob while it is mixing.
