Received this mixer as my Christmas gift. Used it twice. All of a sudden the off switch does not work. No returns because when this happened it had been past the 30 refund policy.
Now if I want to use it, I have to unplug it completely. Frustrating & disappointing to have waited all these years for something I have always wanted to find out how poorly manufactured this pricey gift is.
