Can't wait to purchase some attachments.10/10 would recommend its worth the money

First, I still wouldn't buy anything but a KitchenAid stand mixer. There just isn't anything better - at least not that I can afford - on the market. However, I have to say I expected more power with less motor effort than this one seems to display. I had a very old one, maybe 25 years old, that finally bit the dust; in its heyday it didn't labor like this one when tackling tough and/or long tasks. But overall, I still love it!

Our son moved out and took his mixer with him. I thought I wouldn't miss it and within a week I purchased my own beautiful aqua Kitchenaid mixer!!! I LOVE it and can't live without it.

I bought this mid-grade kitchen mixer expecting it to have the power it boasted to make bread and dough and cookies. Unfortunately the first batch of cookies I made made it absolutely clear there is not enough power to hardly mix cookie dough let alone bread. I love the mixer but there is not enough power it bogs down quickly and does not sound like it's doing too well when you add dry ingredients. not what I had expected from a kitchen aid brand Appliance for the price I paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
