I'm a guy and I have never baked. I originally purchased my Artisan Mixer to make Pizza Crust, and make Italian Sausage. What I found is this Mixer does so much more!!!!. In just 2 weeks I have already made a Chocolate Cake, Cookies, and my family thinks I'm a "Baking Machine"!!!!. This Artisan Mixer is the best Kitchen Appliance I have ever bought. I'm using it 4 or 5 times a week!!!. Highly recommend this Mixer to all!!!. It's a MUST HAVE!!!!.

This is my first Kitchen Aid mixer. I love the features, mixing is so much easier than a hand mixer. I mostly use it to do cake batter. Removing the different mixing tools is very easy.
