I was in the market for purchasing a stand mixer and wanted to pay for the quality after extensive research and polling my peers kitchen aid was the highest recommended. I was so excited when it shipped and couldn't wait to use it! I made chocolate chip cookies from one of the recipes which came with my mixer. The mixer by far handled great!!!!! Can't wait to use it again!

I've never owned a KitchenAid mixer (or any other brand) before, so I was excited to break it out to make rolls! Wow, it made the entire process go by so quickly! My only complaint is that my dough came out of the bowl with some grease and metallic taste or something like that when I used it the first time. But I did wash it before using it, I really did! Hopefully next time it won't happen again.
