Thanks to a great Black Friday deal, I decided to treat myself to one, I had always hesitated due to price and thinking that I would stick to my hand mixer. What was I thinking?!! Not only is this beautiful in my kitchen (I bought red), but this mixer is fantastic! I literally whipped up a double batch of cookies in a fraction of the time it took me to do it with my hand mixer. I wish I would have purchased this years ago. I'm really looking forward to getting back to my old hobby of baking. I am extremely pleased with my KitchenAid Artisan, and the size is perfect for someone like me who doesn't bake in huge quantities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had my mixer a couple of weeks, but already I’ve used the wire whip and the bread dough attachments. It’s amazing how much time it saved me. While the mixer is running I can be busy with other preps, rather than standing over it with a handheld mixer.
