My husband and kids collaborated together to buy this kitchen aid mixer for my birthday. It is the best mixer I have ever used in 45 yrs. of cooking. It is "user" friendly, is easy to clean, and makes perfect pound cakes. We made pound cakes (a lot of them) for our battered womens's and children's center and it was so easy using my new kitchen aid.
