I have been experimenting with my new mixer. I love the fact that I can be adding ingredients and don't have to worry about holding a mixer. There is a learning factor, though. My dough has not been completely getting mixed at the bottom of my bowl. I am hoping that with some adjustments and practice, I will master this new appliance. Still love it though!

So far I've only had this for a couple of weeks and I've used it to make bread dough, Pizza dough and cookies and I love it!!! I love how easy it is to use and how it evenly folds in butter as I add it in. I love how heavy and sturdy it feels and the attachmentseason that I can purchase will really come in handy with canning. I can't wait to use it more!!
