Louder and less effective than expected

We use this in a small (110 sq ft) room and it seems too work harder to keep it cool than our old air conditioner and is not much quieter. The economy mode results in quiet punctuated by periodic loud restarts and does not keep the room cool enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great but ...

Bought this AC unit last year. Worked great, but at the end of summer it started smelling like urine when I operated it. How do I fix this problem? I need to get it going soon... starting to warm up... Please help...

It works okay but not as well as advertised. The machine seems to work too hard in dealing with Florida humidity

I purchased this last month and am very glad that I purchased the model with the ionizer. I have allergies to pollen and the ionizer on this a/c works wonders. The a/c itself works very well and is very quiet, contrary to other reviews. I am extremely happy with this a/c and I highly recommend it.

Easy to install, doesn't seem to cool well

Used it over 2 summers. Doesn't seem to cool our bedroom enough when set at a certain temperature; even though the wattage is sufficient for the size of the room.

Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback, Teks. I recommend adjusting the temperature to a lower setting, make sure that the filter is clean. Also, try positioning the louvers for better air distribution. I hope this information is helpful. Courtney

Great for the price

I bought this AC for my patio. Living in Florida it was an idea to have one there in the patio. We have it set at auto and it is great especially when the patio door is closed and watching the sun set. Glad that we found it, it is better then the price paid.
