We purchased this unit over a month ago and it works very well. It's quiet as described and cools our bedroom with efficiency. We've been getting some of the best sleep lately. We like it so much we went ahead and replaced our office a/c unit with one of these too just a couple of weeks ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought three; one for each bedroom. Keeps us comfortable while being efficient with power usage. Remote is very handy!

We are enjoying this product and it was easy to install.

I bought this one to replace a unit that was 12 years old. This one cools the room down quickly and is more energy efficient than the one it replaced. All of my computers are running cooler..thanx to this little cooler.

Cools well

Have this a month or so now in the bedroom. Cools very well, but is somewhat loud during the night. Getting used to it.
