The unit was very easy to install and easy to use....Keeps a 400-sq-ft room well cool....

i bought this air conditioner a month ago. Its great it keep the living room, dining room and kitchen cool. I am very pleased with this product and I love that it has a remote which makes it easy to control.

HAVE A 2 STORIE HOUSE WITH SINGLE HEAT PUMP. OUR DAUGHTER USING BEDROOM UPSTAIRS WAS TO HOT. I PURCHASED THE WINDOW UNIT, EASILY INSTALLED IT, NOW SHE IS HAPPY.
