Haven't used all the option yet, that is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, But what I have used, I like. No problems getting it hooked up and running, pretty much a plug & play.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Paper does not feed straight, over wrote my Nuance Program upon installing, will not feed Avery Business Cards properly.
Appears to have all the bells and whistles on the box, but they forgot to do the basics correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great space saver, fast, and high quality printing at a reasonable price. Nice streamlined appearance as well. The deal maker is the lifetime of customer tech support. I now have three brother printers, one of which is six years old and still working like a champ.

I bought this for Home use not Home Office use. I love the Automatic Dual Sided Paper. The color is amazing. Setup was quite simple. I would rate it 5 star except for the paper jam.
When I looked in the user manual there was no written description of how to clear a paper jam and the onscreen directions leave a lot to be desired.
It took over 30 minutes to clear and I thought I had broken the plastic in the back area where they have you open to clear the machine. All because of a lack of written directions in the manual and the unclear directions on the screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not compatable with MAC

Printer works fine, but will not stay connected to my Mac computer. I've tried everything that I could possibly try. As soon as you first install the printer, it works fine, but next time that you try to use the printer it always saays not connected. I finally gave up tying to use wireless and wired to my computor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult change from HP

I am really beginning to like this printer but, as a long-time HP user have had some problems getting used to it. Will have to buy the alternate paper drawer for larger printouts. Have not yes discovered how to write Quicken wallet checks and do not appreciate pulling the printer out to remedy paper jams. Otherwise I find it a reliable and efficient printer and copied. I imagine that I will figure out the small problems I have with it--I find that such things are taking longer at my age.
The manual does not appear to be as user-friendly as I would like.

Basic printer with some challenges

This is my 2nd try at this model. I returned the first one after "locking up" and not printing.
This one is working better.
For a basic printer the speed per page is pretty good. Quality of print is a 7.
Challenges
- haven't found how to print a multiple page document that sorts
- printer sometimes "locks up" when printing from a website. Frustrating that I have to send the document to another printer to print these items.
